You can find us at the KRS Complex on Cherooty Road in Calicut. Our space is 6/1238E, and it's right in the middle of a very busy part of town. Kozhikode is a place where things are always happening, and Cherooty Road is no exception. It’s a great spot to be because we are close to everything. The office is quite practical, just a place for us to meet and go over property details or development plans. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic, but inside we are usually focused on the paperwork side of things. We’ve been working out of this complex for a bit, and it’s become our second home. Most of our day involves talking to people who are looking to buy or develop land around here. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software to show things off; we just explain what’s available and what the reality of the situation is. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we manage. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get out and see properties, but we manage. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team that knows Calicut inside and out. We take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through our door. It’s just how we do things.
