Chelupara Developers Private Limited is based out in Puthiyanidam, which is near Thottumukkam. Our office is just a simple, functional place at Door No. V11/19. It is quite a bit away from the main city buzz of Kozhikode, and that actually suits us just fine. We focus on developing land and building homes for families who want to live a bit further out where there is more greenery and space. It is a lot of work to clear a plot of land and get it ready for a foundation, but we have been doing it for enough years now that we have a good rhythm. We do not have a polished sales team or any glossy brochures. Usually, it is just one of us answering the phone and explaining what land we have available or what kind of house we can build for you. We like the personal touch of meeting people right on the land and walking through the site together. It helps them see the potential and helps us understand exactly what they are looking for in a home. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics because buying a home is a big enough deal without someone breathing down your neck. We just provide the facts and show the progress we have made on the site. Some days we are dealing with local permits and other days we are out checking the quality of the bricks. It is a busy life but we like it.
