Cannanore Retail Spaces Llp is based in the Empora Gemz building on the 6th floor. Our unit is 28/2275 D8. We are right on the Nh Thondayad Bypass, which is one of the busiest spots in the area. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a good look at all the traffic moving along the bypass. We focus on retail spaces, which basically means we spend our time thinking about shops and where they should go. Kozhikode is growing fast and there are always people looking for a place to start a business. Our office is full of floor plans and drawings of different commercial layouts. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for us. We have a few desks and a small table for meetings. The building is quite new and has a lot of other businesses in it too. We chose this location because the bypass is the heart of the retail growth around here. It’s easy for clients to find us, though the elevator can be slow sometimes. We aren't corporate types; we're just regular people who know the local retail market. Most of our day is spent talking to property owners or people looking to rent. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. We just show them what spaces are available and try to make it work for everyone involved.
