We have our office in the Delta Building over on U. K. S. Road here in Calicut. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve made a decent space for ourselves. We started Landmark Retreats Holidays because we know this area and we know where people like to spend their time off. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at schedules. It's not a big corporate setup, just a local place where you can sit down and talk about where you want to go. We handle the booking stuff and make sure the stays are lined up. Sometimes the rain gets heavy in Calicut and the street gets flooded, but we stay open. We’ve seen a lot of changes on U. K. S. Road since we moved in. It's just a small team of us. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and keeping track of who is going where. If a hotel has a problem, we fix it. If a flight is late, we try to help. People around here know us by name. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure your trip goes okay without too much fuss. It's a simple business, really. We like what we do, even when it gets a bit hectic with all the holiday crowds. We are just here if someone needs a holiday plan.
