Calicut University Corporative Store

We are over at building 78, right by the Calicut University post office. It is a quiet spot in Thenhipalam most of the time, though things get busy when the semester is in full swing here in Malappuram District. Being a cooperative store means we just focus on getting things done for the people who come in every day. The shelves are usually full of what you expect to find in a place like this. We spend a lot of time just organizing stock and making sure everything is where it should be. It is not a huge place, but it serves the purpose for everyone around the university area. Some days the weather is quite warm, so we keep the doors open to catch a bit of a breeze. People stop by on their way to the post office or after classes. We have been at this address for a while now, and you get to know the faces of the regulars who walk through the doors. It is just a straightforward shop. No fancy lights or loud music playing here. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and head home in the evening. Sometimes the delivery trucks take a bit of time to find us at number 78, but they eventually get here. It is a simple routine that we have followed for years. We do not really change much about how we do things because the current way works fine for the locals and students who visit us.
