Bynsa Developers Llp is tucked away at No. 15/1793 A2 & A3 in Vappolthazham. It’s in the Marykunnu P.O. area, over in Chevayur. We have a couple of units there where we keep our operations running. It isn’t the easiest place to find if you aren’t from around here, but once you know the turns, it’s fine. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to workers on site. Being a developer involves a lot of back and forth with different people. There are always permits to handle and materials to check on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just like working in Chevayur and the surrounding spots. The office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or wood. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We’ve learned that things rarely go exactly according to the first plan, so we spend a lot of time fixing small issues before they become big ones. That is just how the building trade works. You have to be patient and keep an eye on everything. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over a ledger or a map of a new plot. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy it most days.
