We set up BUILDICO TERRAFINE LLP in an apartment on Mavoor Road. The location is building number 30/1487 A2, part of the KM Apartment block. This part of Kozhikode is very busy, so there is always some kind of noise or activity happening right outside our window throughout the day. We chose this spot because it is central and it makes it easy for people to find us when they need to discuss a new project face to face. Most of our days involve a lot of running around, checking on different construction sites and making sure the supplies actually arrived where they were supposed to. We are not really the type of people to sit around in suits all day long. Usually, we have a bit of dust on our shoes and a lot of things on our minds regarding the next phase of a build. Building things here in Kerala means you have to plan carefully for the heavy monsoon season and the heat, and we have learned a lot of those lessons the hard way over the years. We take on various construction jobs, some are small renovations and others are a bit bigger in scale. It is all about putting one brick on top of another at the end of the day and making sure the walls are straight. We do not use any of those corporate slogans because they do not mean much on a messy construction site. We just show up and do the work.
