You can find us over at Femika Arcade on the second floor. East Nadakkavu is a busy part of town, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We’ve got a small room here where we keep all our maps and site plans. It’s not much, just a couple of desks and a computer that’s a bit old now. We spend most of our time out and about looking at different spots for new buildings. Being developers sounds like a big deal, but mostly it’s just a lot of talking to contractors and checking on progress. We started Bloobuck because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate mess you see in the big cities. We keep things pretty simple. If someone walks in, they’re usually a neighbor or a local worker looking for a job. We don't have a receptionist, so you just knock and come in. Sometimes we’re all out at a site and the door is locked, but we’re never far away. The shops downstairs are good for a quick lunch when we have time. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve seen East Nadakkavu change a lot over the years, and we’re just part of that change now. We do our best to stay on schedule, even when the weather doesn't help us out. It's just life. We enjoy seeing things get built properly from the ground up.
