We operate out of the Sneha Theeram Building on Parappady Kannadikal Road. The address is No: 12/2337. It’s a simple setup we have here. Bigas Projects is really just us handling different construction and project tasks for folks in the local area. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. Most of the time, we’re out on the road or at a job site anyway. We’ve been working on various projects around here for a while now. We’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and doing what you said you’d do. It sounds simple, but it’s what keeps us going. We deal with all sorts of things, from basic site prep to more complex builds. Sometimes we run into problems, like anyone else, but we just sit down and figure it out. The Kannadikal Road area is where we’ve done a lot of our recent work. We like the community here and knowing our neighbors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala; we just want to be reliable and do what is expected of us. If we're not in the office, we're probably checking on a foundation or talking to a supplier about some materials. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It is what we know and what we do best.
