Baqa Projects is located in Kozhikode, specifically in the Puthiyangadi area. Our office address is 39/2420, and it is a place we have grown quite used to over the years. It is not located in one of those huge glass buildings you see in the city center. Instead, we are tucked away in a more traditional neighborhood. Most days, you will find a couple of us here managing the various project schedules and talking to suppliers on the phone. The office is simple. We have the basic furniture we need and a lot of paper everywhere. In Kozhikode, things move at their own pace, and we try to keep up with the local rhythm. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get out to the sites, so we end up spending more time in the office than we planned. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The neighborhood of Puthiyangadi is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is nice. We have been part of this community for a bit, and people know where to find us if they need help with a project. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running a project management business. There’s always something to be filed or a drawing to be checked. It’s steady work, and we are happy to be doing it here in Kerala. It is just a normal, hardworking office.
