Azani Developers is located at Door No-1510 in the Hilite Business Park in Calicut. Being in a business park means things are a bit more structured than a roadside office, but we still keep things pretty low-key. Kozhikode is a busy place for development right now, and we are right in the thick of it. We spend our days looking at land deals and figuring out how to develop them into something useful. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Our space in Hilite is where we sit down and go over the details of each project. It gets noisy sometimes with all the other offices around, but it’s a good environment. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we are just developing property. That involves a lot of boring stuff like legal checks and surveying the land. Sometimes a project looks easy on paper but then you hit a problem with the soil or something else once you start. We just take those things as they come. Calicut has been growing so much lately and we are just one of the many companies working on that growth. We have a small team and we like it that way because it makes it easier to keep track of what everyone is doing. Most of our time is spent balancing office work with site visits to make sure things are moving.
