AVENIR BUILD-IN LLP

Avenir Build-In LLP is located on the first floor of the Nallalam Complex. If you are walking through Nallalam Bazar, you will see the building. It is at 2/263 M. We are right in the middle of the bazar area in Kozhikode. It is quite a lively place to have an office. The 673027 pin code covers this whole busy stretch. We spend our mornings getting the office opened up and checking on what needs to be done for our building projects. Being on the first floor means we can see everything going on in the street below. It is not a quiet office, but we like the energy of the bazar. We have a few desks and some space for people to sit when they come to talk to us about work. We handle build-in projects, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. There is no corporate polish here. Just a group of people working together to get things built right. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we are carrying equipment up, but we manage. We chose Nallalam because it is close to where things are happening. We keep our files in the back and have a small area for tea. It is a functional space for a functional business. We do not spend much on decorations because we are usually out at sites or busy with paperwork here. We are just here doing the work every single day.
