You can find us over at Kunnathupalam, specifically in room 15/407. We’ve been operating Arkez Developers from this spot in Olavanna for a while. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets crowded when we have a few visitors, but we make it work. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate look. You’ll mostly see us in casual clothes, drinking tea and looking over site plans. Development work can be messy and complicated, but we just take it one step at a time. Olavanna is a growing place, and there’s always something new happening. We try to keep up with the changes without getting too stressed out. If you need to find us, the Kunnathupalam area is pretty easy to navigate. We don’t have a giant neon sign out front, just a simple door. We prefer it that way because it keeps things grounded. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as practical as possible with every project we take on. It’s just us, doing our thing every day. We don't worry about looking like a big firm, we just want to do solid work and get projects finished.
