It is a busy little spot, and being in the Madrassa building means there is usually some activity or people around. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things the right way. Our days involve a lot of driving between Narikkuni and the various sites we have going on at any given time. We handle the basic building stuff, making sure walls are straight and roofs do not leak. It sounds simple, but there is a lot of coordination involved with the masons and the guys doing the plumbing. We do not have a polished corporate office; it is more of a practical space where we can store our tools and talk about plans. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we would much rather be out where the actual work is happening. We know the local landscape pretty well, which helps when we are figuring out how to deal with the soil around here. It is honest work, and we just take it one day at a time, making sure we do not rush things too much.
