Adhithya Rental Equipments

We are located in Nanminda, specifically at number 13 in Porai Kudur, Calicut. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which gives us more room to store all the equipment we rent out. We have everything from small power tools to larger machines for building work. The yard is usually full of stuff coming back or being prepped to go out to a new customer. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the gear and making sure it still works properly after the last person used it. It’s a bit of a cycle—renting, returning, and repairing. The staff here are locals who know the area well. Calicut has been growing a lot lately, so there is always someone looking for a mixer or a drill for a weekend project or a bigger job. Our office is a simple room with some shelves for the smaller items and a desk for the receipts. We don't do anything fancy with the paperwork; it's mostly handwritten notes and a basic ledger. Sometimes things get busy and we have people waiting in the yard, but we try to get everyone sorted as fast as we can. It’s a practical business that helps people get their work done without having to buy expensive tools they only need once. We just keep things moving one day at a time.
