Our place is a bit different from your usual clinic because we are tucked away inside the Kinfra Small Industrial Park over in Nellad. It is not exactly a typical hospital setting since we have our own manufacturing unit right here on the premises. People who come to us for Panchakarma treatments usually find us after driving through the industrial park area. It is actually a bit quieter than being in the middle of a city, which works out well for the kind of traditional work we do. We spend a lot of our time preparing the various oils and medicines ourselves in the back unit. You can often smell the herbs being boiled or processed the moment you walk through the front door. The building is simple and very functional. We have the treatment rooms set up specifically for the traditional therapies. It involves a lot of manual work, making sure the oils are at the right temperature and the rooms are prepared correctly. The staff here mostly lives in the Nellad area or nearby villages. We are not trying to be a high-end spa or a fancy resort; we are a hospital and a production center. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. Someone tells their neighbor about their back pain, and then they show up looking for help. We have a small office for paperwork, but most of our time is spent in the treatment area.
