Smart Land Properties is located right in the middle of things at Central Junction in Puthuppaly. We are in the Parattu Complex, which is a familiar spot for anyone who lives around here. Being at a junction means there is a constant stream of cars and buses going by, and you can hear the sounds of the town all day long. The office is pretty straightforward. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights, just the name on the door. Inside, there are usually a couple of us sitting around the main table talking about different plots or going over maps. It’s a local feel, where people might just drop in because they were passing through the junction and had a question about a piece of land. The walls are painted a plain off-white and we have some old calendars hanging up. Puthuppaly is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, so the office often feels more like a community spot than a corporate headquarters. We usually have the door open to let a breeze in, even if it brings in some of the dust from the road. It’s just a simple, honest place to do business. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and the neighbors are all friendly. There isn't much more to it than that. We keep a few chairs out front for when the weather is nice and we need a break from the paperwork. It’s a good spot to sit and watch the traffic go through the junction.
