Manoj Real Estate

Manoj Real Estate is set up right at the Central Junction in Changanassery. We are on M C Road, which is almost always busy with people traveling between towns. The junction is a real hub of activity, so there is never a quiet moment when we are in the office. You can see all kinds of vehicles passing by, and the sound of horns is just part of the background music for our workday. Working in Changanassery is good because you get to meet a lot of different people who are moving through the heart of the state. We spend our time looking at various real estate options along M C Road and the surrounding areas. It is a lot of walking and talking, trying to keep up with who is selling what. The office isn't very large, but it’s in a spot that everyone knows, which makes things easier for us. Sometimes the Kerala sun is quite strong, so we stay inside and manage the files until things cool down a bit in the evening. There are no fancy mission statements here, just a group of people working in real estate at a very busy intersection. We know the local roads and the value of the land around here because we see it every single day.
