S3 Creative Boutique

S3 Creative Boutique is located in Chennai and it’s a place where things are always moving. We deal with a lot of different designs and fabrics every single day. The heat in Chennai can be a bit much sometimes so we try to keep the shop cool for whoever walks in. It isn't a massive store with bright lights and pushy people. It’s more of a place where we sit down and look at colors or patterns until something looks okay. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for hours and other times it just works out in ten minutes. We have piles of thread and scraps of cloth around the corners because that’s just how a boutique looks when people are actually working. There is a lot of noise from the street outside but inside we just focus on what is on the table. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because we are busy enough as it is. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby areas and they know we just do our work and don't make a big fuss. It feels like a second home to most of us who work here. You’ll probably find us drinking coffee and talking about the next project more often than not. It is a practical space for practical work and that’s about it. We just keep things moving along day by day without worrying too much about the small stuff.
