L A E L Boutique is located at 205, Kothamangalam Bazaar. The bazaar is a very crowded place, especially on the weekends, but that is where all the action is. Our shop at number 205 is not huge, but we have managed to make it work for us. We don't have any of those expensive designers or a big team of people. It is mostly just us hanging up the latest clothes we've brought in and helping whoever walks through the door. The lighting inside isn't the best, and the shelves are a bit mismatched, but it has a comfortable feel to it. People like to come in and chat while they look around. We don't go in for fancy advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth in the Kothamangalam area is usually enough to keep us busy. Sometimes the stock takes up too much room and we have boxes sitting out in the open, but that’s just how a small boutique in a bazaar works. We aren't trying to compete with the big stores in the city. We just want to provide something nice for the local people who shop here. It's a simple life, opening up the shutters in the morning and seeing who the day brings in. If you are ever down in the bazaar, you can't miss our sign. We have been a part of this street for quite a while now.
