Matha Hospital

We have been here in Thellakom for quite a while now. Most people around here know where Matha Hospital is located. It’s just a regular place where folks come when they aren't feeling their best. We try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets seen by someone who can help them out. The building itself has seen a lot of faces over the years. Some days it gets pretty busy in the waiting area, especially in the mornings when everyone tries to get in at once. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just rooms, chairs, and the equipment we need to do the job properly. The staff here mostly live nearby, so they know the community well. We see all sorts of stuff, from little scrapes to bigger things that need more attention. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight, but people usually find a spot eventually. It’s not a quiet place, there is always something going on or someone walking down the halls. We just try to keep the doors open and be ready for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of work running a place like this in Thellakom, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of it. People come in, we do what we can, and they head home. That is pretty much how it goes every day here. We don't make a big fuss about it, we just stay focused on the patients who are standing right in front of us.
