Kalanthara Engineers & Contractors

We’ve been here in Chenappady Village for quite some time now. Our office is right near St. Anthony Church, so most people around here know exactly where to find us. Kalanthara Engineers & Contractors started out as a small local thing, mostly just taking on whatever building or repair work came our way in the village. It’s not a fancy setup. We mostly spend our days out on site, looking at plans or checking on how a wall is going up. Some days the weather gets in the way, and we just end up sitting in the office drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, which we like. Most of our workers live nearby too. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just hear about us through word of mouth. If someone needs a shed built or a house fixed up, they usually just walk over and ask for us by name. It’s practical work. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it eventually. We try to keep our tools organized, though that’s easier said than done when you're busy with three different jobs at once. That’s just how it is running a business in a place like this. We're just a bunch of guys who know how to build things and want to keep working.
