We are located in Puthuppally, which is a nice part of the Kottayam district in Kerala. Our house is called Sagar, and that is where we do our work for the company. The pin code is 686011. Being in Kerala, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and it is usually quite peaceful here. We don't have a big glass office building or a corporate park. It’s just a house that we have converted into a workspace. We don't go in for any of that promotional language that you see online. We are just regular people doing our jobs. We handle the local tasks and make sure everything is in order. Sometimes the rain is so loud on the roof that we can barely hear the phone, but we get used to it. We have a simple desk setup and we keep our own records. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just focus on showing up and finishing what we started. It’s a quiet way of working and it suits us just fine. Most of our neighbors know us as the people who work for the big company, but we just see ourselves as local workers. There is no need for fancy titles or polished presentations when you are just trying to get through the daily pile of paperwork. We keep things real and honest here at our small Kottayam branch.
