Kaipally Granites Private Limited

We are located over at Moosarikunnel in Thellakom, right near Kottayam. It’s been our base for a good bit of time now. Dealing with granite isn't the easiest business to be in, but it’s what we do here at Kaipally Granites. Most days involve a lot of noise and heavy lifting. We have the machinery for cutting and shaping the stone into whatever people need for their houses or construction sites. The yard usually has plenty of slabs lying around, some rough and some polished up a bit. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up around the 10/178 building area. Most of the staff here have been with us for years and know the stone inside out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work and keep the local builders happy. Sometimes the machines break down and things get delayed, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of heavy equipment. If you drive through Thellakom, you’ve probably seen our signs or the trucks hauling stone out. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend much time on paperwork or fancy meetings. We’d rather be out in the yard checking the stones coming in. It’s a tough trade, but it feels good to see the finished pieces going into someone’s new home in Kottayam. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and keep moving forward as a small local team.
