Out here at 706A Manipuza on M C Road in Nattakom, we stay pretty busy with the heat. Bst Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a small place but we do a lot of work. The shop is filled with tools, copper pipes, and bits of insulation. It’s not very neat, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time out on sites, fixing units in people's homes or offices. The humidity here can be really tough on machines, so there is always something breaking down. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to find a wrench. People stop by because they see our board on the road. We’ve been working with cooling for a long time. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when you’re dealing with old drainage pipes or dusty filters. We just try to get the job done so people can be comfortable again. The rain sometimes slows us down because we can’t work on the outdoor units when it’s pouring. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting. It’s a practical business. We don’t use big words to explain things. If it’s broken, we fix it. If it needs gas, we fill it. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here in Nattakom. We’ve been doing this for years and it's what we know.
