Sathivik Transport

My name is M Ramulamma and my husband is Vekatachalam. We stay in Charlapalli, which is in the Gangaram area of Tekulapalli. This is where Sathivik Transport is run from. It is a family thing, really. We have our vehicles and we manage the trips from right here. The roads around Tekulapalli can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when the weather isn't good, but our drivers are used to it. I spend a lot of my time keeping track of the schedules and making sure the fuel is topped up. My husband is often out checking on the trucks or talking to people about the next load. It is a lot of work to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. We just have our home and the space where the trucks park. It gets dusty and loud when they start up at night to go on a long trip. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s how we make our living. People in Charlapalli know us as the transport family. We don't use any fancy marketing. We just focus on getting the goods where they need to go without any trouble. It’s a hard life sometimes, but it’s ours and we are proud of what we have built over the years. We just keep driving.
