Ms Dasari Raju

I am Ms Dasari Raju, and I operate from my home at H. No. 3-10-1-1 in Ambedkar Nagar. Chandrugonda Village is where I’ve spent most of my time, and I really like the community here in the Mandal. Being out here in Bhadradri district is nice, even if we are a bit far from the big cities. My business is quite simple. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy headquarters. Most of the time, it’s just me managing the day-to-day things. The office is really just a part of the house, so you might hear the television or family talking in the background. It isn't very formal, but it gets the job done. I don’t believe in using big, complicated words to explain my work. I just try to be helpful to the people who come to me. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it around. That’s just part of living in a village. I’ve learned to be patient over the years. We don’t have any advertisements in the newspapers. Usually, someone just tells a friend about me, and that’s how I get new work. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things. I like the quiet pace of the village and the fact that I know everyone’s name. We just do what we can and keep going.
