We spend our time putting together different types of events. It is mostly about coordinating people, making sure the tents are up, and seeing that the chairs are where they need to be. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of hours. Some days we are just sitting in the office planning things out on paper, and other days we are out in the sun getting things ready.
