Calibre Event Promoters

Our business, Calibre Event Promoters, is set up at J-20 on the first floor in Jawahar Nagar. We are right opposite the District Center and very close to the Shri Ram Mandir. It’s a busy neighborhood in Kota, and we’ve been here for quite a while. We spend our days planning out how to promote different events happening around the city. It’s mostly just us in a small office, surrounded by posters and schedules. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. We just know the local area and what works when you're trying to get the word out. Sometimes we are out on the street more than we are in the office. It’s a lot of walking and talking to people. Being near the temple means there’s always a lot of foot traffic, which is nice. We don't make big promises or use fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a practical business. We’ve had to learn things the hard way sometimes, but that’s how you get experience. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. If you need to find us, just look for the building across from the District Center. We’re usually around unless we’re at an event site. It’s a simple life and we like being part of the Jawahar Nagar community. We know the local vendors and the best spots for posters. It’s not something you can learn from a book. You just have to be out there doing it every day. That’s how we’ve always operated.
