Being on Rawat Bhata Road in Gumanpura means there is a lot of fast traffic going by all the time. Vinayak Mobile And Computer is a bit of a mix. Half the shop is full of mobile phones and chargers, and the other half has computer keyboards, mice, and some old monitors. I spend a lot of time staring at screens, trying to fix a software error or cleaning out the dust from a laptop fan. It's a lot of sitting down, which isn't great for the back. People come in when their computers start acting slow or when they need a printout of some document. We have a small printer in the corner that makes a lot of noise. The road outside is always under some kind of repair, so there’s often a bit of mud or dust near the entrance. I try to keep the glass cases clean so people can see the phones clearly. Some days I'm busy with repairs until late at night. It’s hard to find good parts sometimes, so I have to make a few calls to the distributors. I don't really have a big sign, just a basic one above the door. Most people find us because they live nearby or they're passing through on their way to work. It’s just a place to get your tech stuff sorted without any fuss. I like the challenge of a broken machine and the feeling when it finally works again.
