Vardhman Mawa Bhandar

We have been here in Talwandi Hanuman Nagar for quite a while now. Vardhman Mawa Bhandar is just a small place where we handle mawa and sweets daily. Usually, the day starts pretty early because the milk arrives and we have to get everything ready before the heat sets in. Most people around here know us because they stop by when they need something for a festival or just for home cooking. It gets busy during the wedding season, honestly, sometimes it is a bit much to keep up with, but we manage. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning and the smell of milk is always around. We don't have fancy signs or anything. It is just a shop where we do our work. Sometimes we sit out front when it is quiet. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, more houses now and more traffic on the road. But we just keep doing what we do every morning. We get the containers cleaned out and wait for the regulars to show up. It is not a big operation, just a few of us making sure the stock is fresh. People come in, ask for what they need, we weigh it out, and that is about it. It is simple work, really. We don't try to do anything too complicated here. Just keeping the shop open and serving the folks around Talwandi Hanuman Nagar.
