Tekchand Manoharla

Tekchand Manoharla is our family name and the name of our shop in Bajaj Khana. We do not have a fancy street number because everyone in the area pretty much knows where Bajaj Khana is. It is one of those traditional spots that has been around for ages. The shop is not very big, but it is full of history. We show up every day and do the same things our fathers did. It is about being consistent and being there for the people who walk through the door. Bajaj Khana is always busy, especially in the mornings when the deliveries arrive. You can hear the carts rattling over the stones and people shouting to get through the crowd. We just stay in our spot and keep things moving. We do not use any modern marketing tricks. If you need something, you come find Tekchand Manoharla. We might be sitting on the floor or on a small stool, just waiting for the next task. The fan hums in the background and we drink a lot of water when it gets hot in the afternoon. It is just a regular life in a regular market. We do not think about missions or visions. We just think about getting through the day and making sure everything is in its place. Bajaj Khana is our home and we are part of the scenery here. That is all there is to it.
