Techno Computer

We are at Shop No. 108 in the Happy Plaza Shopping Center, which is in Gumanpura. We’re right near Ratlami Namkeen, so the smell of snacks is always around us. Techno Computer is basically a room full of parts, tools, and half-finished projects. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. People come in with their laptops or desktops that won't turn on, and we spend the day poking around inside them. It’s a small shop, so if more than three customers come in at once, it feels really crowded. We have stools for people to sit on while they wait, but they usually just stand and watch us work. The lighting in the mall isn't the best, so we have some extra lamps at our workbenches. We aren't really salespeople; we just like fixing things and seeing them work again. Sometimes we can't find a part and have to wait a few days for it to arrive. The mall security guys usually stop by for a chat in the afternoon. It’s a nice little community here in Happy Plaza. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just find us because they live nearby or their friend told them we could help. It’s a simple business, and we are happy to keep it that way.
