We are situated at 512 Keshavpura on the Rangbari Main Road. It is a good location because everyone passes by here at some point. We handle both property and some finance stuff, which keeps the days pretty full. People come in with all sorts of questions about loans or selling their plots. We do not use any fancy systems, just our ledgers and some basic computers. The main road is always noisy, but that is just part of being in business here. We have seen the kids in this neighborhood grow up and start looking for their own homes. It makes you feel like you are really part of the community. We do not put on any airs or graces. If you come in, you get a straight answer about what a property is worth or what the interest might look like. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want because the banks are slow, but we stay on top of it. It is a small shop, and we like it that way. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just talk to people and try to help them sort out their house or money issues. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you are ever walking down Rangbari Main Road, you can’t miss us.
