Sunny Engineering

We set up shop at Plot No- L-11 in Mahaveer Nagar Extension. If you know where Reena Thakur Hospital is, we are just a short walk from there. Sunny Engineering is basically a workshop where we deal with metal, machines, and all sorts of parts. It gets quite loud here sometimes with the sound of grinding and cutting, but that’s the nature of engineering work. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. We have a couple of old machines that have been with us since we started, and they still run better than the newer ones sometimes. The hospital being so close means the road stays paved and relatively clean, which is nice for us. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or other shops in the extension. We spend most of our time in greasy overalls, making sure things are measured right. It’s hard work and your hands are always dirty, but there’s a good feeling when you finish a job. We don’t have much of an office, just a small corner with a table and a couple of chairs where we can drink tea and talk to customers about what they need.
