Indexel Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Plot No.G1-12 in the IT Park area of IPIA. If you’re driving down Jhalawar Road, you have to look for Road No.4, right behind where the Bharti Walmart is. It’s an industrial sort of place, so it’s not really meant for window shopping. We do engineering work here, which means a lot of blueprints, technical talk, and making sure the machines are doing what they should. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and figure out how to solve mechanical problems. It gets pretty hot out here in the summer, and the dust from the nearby construction never seems to go away, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. We started with a small crew and we’ve kept it that way mostly. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just order lunch from the local stalls or bring it from home. It’s a practical environment. We deal with other businesses mostly, and they care more about if the work is right than if our lobby looks nice. We’re just a group of engineers and technicians trying to get through the queue of jobs on our desks. It’s steady work, and we’re glad to be part of the IPIA community.
