If you head out to the RIICO Agro Food Park on Jhalawar Road in Ranpur, you’ll find our plots. We’re spread across E164 to 167 and F178 to 183. It’s a big space because we need the room for all the food processing we do. It’s hot out here in Rajasthan, and the factory floor is always a hive of activity. We’re not sitting in a fancy air-conditioned office all day. Most of us are out there checking the machines or looking at the raw materials coming in. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being in the food park makes sense for what we do. We focus on making health-focused food products, but we don't spend time on marketing talk. We just focus on the grains and the processing. There’s always dust and the smell of toasted ingredients in the air. The team is mostly local folks who know how to work hard. We have our fair share of equipment breakdowns and late trucks, just like any other business out here. We just deal with it as it comes. We’re pretty straightforward about how we do things. No fancy mission statements, just a lot of physical work and making sure the bags are filled and shipped out on time. It is a long day for everyone here but we get it done.
