We are located over at Bajaj Khana on I P I A Road, specifically at K 87. This part of town is usually quite busy with trucks and workers moving around all day. Our trading business is mostly about moving goods and making sure our inventory is sorted out for whoever needs it. The office is not very stylish, it’s mostly just desks, some ledgers, and a lot of phone calls throughout the day. We deal with various materials that people in the industrial area are looking for. The building itself has been around for a while and you can tell by the walls. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic on I P I A Road, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking lists and talking to suppliers to see what is coming in next. There is always something to count or move around in the storage area. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of numbers so things don't get lost. My staff and I usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a few minutes. We don’t do a lot of advertising because people in this area already know where we are. It’s just a straightforward trading operation. We focus on getting the items in and getting them out to the customers without too much fuss. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week. Sometimes the heavy dust from the road gets inside, so we spend the first half hour every morning just wiping down the desks and the files.
