Reliance Engg.& Associates (P) Limited

Out here in Kota, Rajasthan, we run Reliance Engg.& Associates (P) Limited from a flat. It’s a bit different than a standard office building, but it suits the way we work. The 324009 area is pretty familiar to us now. Rajasthan has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it while focusing on the engineering side. It gets pretty dusty and hot around here, but the office stays relatively quiet so we can actually concentrate. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people running around. It’s a small group of us handling the paperwork and the technical requirements that come our way. People sometimes get confused finding a business in a residential-style flat, but once they’re inside, they see we’ve got everything set up for the work. There’s a lot of focus on the details here. We spend a lot of time on computers and looking at plans. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we’ve been doing for a while. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phones and deal with the projects as they come in. Being in Kota is good because there is a lot of growth happening nearby. We just stay in our corner and keep moving forward with whatever is on the desk today. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
