There is a lot of traffic passing by at all hours, and we get a lot of people stopping for a quick drink or something cold. We deal mostly with sodas and ice cream, which is very popular when the Kota heat gets to be too much. The shop is small and we keep our machines running all day long. You can hear the hum of the freezers and the sound of the soda being poured if you stand still for a second. We don't have any fancy seating or air conditioning, just a few spots to stand or sit outside. We just serve what we have and keep the cups moving. The evenings are usually our busiest time when the sun goes down and everyone comes out for some fresh air.
