Parashwanath Ice Cream

We've been here on High Court Road for a while now. Most people find us because we're right near the Purana Stadium and the Police Control Room in Sri Ganganagar. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. My family started Parashwanath Ice Cream because we just wanted to have a place where people could get something cold when it gets hot outside. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to be a big chain. It's just a small shop. Sometimes the freezer makes a bit of noise, but it keeps everything frozen, so we don't mind. We spend most of our days making sure the tubs are full and the floor is swept. Living and working in Sri Ganganagar is good, everyone knows everyone around this part of town. When the games are on at the stadium, it gets really crowded around here. We just keep our heads down and serve whatever we have ready. Sometimes we run out of certain things by the evening if it's been a busy day. That's just how it goes. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us helping out. We try to keep things clean and simple. If you are walking past the police station or heading to the court, you’ll see our sign. It isn't the biggest sign, but it does the job. We've got our routine down now. We open up, check the stock, and wait for the afternoon rush. It's a living.
