Lahoty Architects & Interiors

Lahoty Architects & Interiors is located at A-21, 2 in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a decent-sized space where we manage both the building designs and the inside stuff like furniture and colors. The office is usually a bit of a mess because we have samples of tiles, wood, and fabrics lying around everywhere. It’s hard to keep things neat when you’re constantly comparing materials. We spend a lot of our time chatting with clients about what they need for their houses. It’s not always about making things look like they belong in a magazine; it’s more about making sure the kitchen works right or the bedrooms have enough light. Jawahar Nagar is a busy area, so we get people coming in all the time. We don’t really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just sit down, have some water or chai, and look at the drawings together. Sometimes we disagree on where a wall should go, but we eventually figure it out. The work involves a lot of coordination between the builders and the homeowners. We stay busy with the technical drawings and the interior layouts, trying to keep everyone on the same page. It’s a small operation, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand every single day without needing much fanfare or fancy presentations. We just get through the pile of work on the desk.
