Laesen & Toubro Limited

We are located at Laesen & Toubro Limited in the town of Baran, Rajasthan. Our office is at A-56 in the New Nakoda Colony. It’s a quiet part of town, far away from the big city rush of Jaipur or Kota. Being in a place like Baran means we work at a different pace, focusing on local projects and infrastructure needs. The office itself is quite basic, with a few desks and some maps of the area pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is mainly a place for us to gather in the morning and sort out the plan for the day. The New Nakoda Colony is a residential area, so it’s peaceful, and we try to keep our operations as low-key as possible. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working in this region for quite a while. We know the local terrain and the challenges that come with the weather here, especially when it gets really hot in the summer. We don't have a lot of corporate polish; we are more about getting our boots on the ground and seeing the work through. Whether it’s checking on a site or handling the logistics of equipment, we just do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way of working in a part of the country that appreciates practical results over fancy words.
