Kalode Agro Industries

Kalode Agro Industries is located out in New Dhanmandi, at the 1-A spot. This area is always full of trucks and the smell of grain because of the mandi nearby. We deal with agricultural supplies and equipment that farmers need for their daily work. It is a practical business, and the office is usually covered in papers and maps of the local fields. We have been part of the Dhanmandi community for quite a while now. The warehouse gets quite hot in the summer, but that is just part of working in this sector. We spend our mornings talking to suppliers and our afternoons helping people load up their vehicles. It isn't a flashy place; the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the furniture is old but sturdy. We focus on having the right stock when the season changes. Whether it is seeds or tools, we try to keep things moving so nothing sits on the shelf for too long. People come to us because they know we understand the local soil and what grows well around here. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved, so it keeps us busy from sunrise. We don't have any big sales pitches or fancy displays. It’s just a warehouse and a small office where we get things done.
