Jai Ambey Dairy

Jai Ambey Dairy is located in Shripura. We deal with milk and milk products every single day. The morning starts very early for us, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the fresh milk arrives. We have been in this spot for several years now. People from the neighborhood come by with their steel containers to get their daily supply. We also keep curd, paneer, and sometimes ghee when we have enough stock. The shop is small and we try to keep it as clean as we can, though it gets busy and messy during the peak hours. It's a lot of heavy lifting with the milk cans and keeping everything cold. In the evenings, kids come by for a quick drink or some sweets if we have them. Shripura is a lively area, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working through the day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a headache for the cooling units, but we make do. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People know us because of the work we do every day. It’s a straightforward business. We just make sure there is enough milk for everyone’s tea and coffee in the morning. It’s tiring work, standing all day, but seeing the regulars makes it feel like a part of the community. We hope to stay here serving Shripura for many more years to come.
