Gopeshwar T T College

Gopeshwar T T College is out here in Gram, Kanwarpura, which is part of the Dungreja area in Kota, Rajasthan. It’s a bit of a trek for some, being in Tehsil-Degod, but it’s a quiet place to be. We are situated in the 325201 pin code area, surrounded by the kind of landscape you only find in this part of the state. The college building stands out among the local fields and smaller houses. We don’t have much in the way of city luxuries, but we have enough space and some decent rooms for the classes. Life here moves a bit slower than it does in the main Kota city. You’ll often find us sitting outside during breaks when the weather is nice. The dust can get everywhere when the wind picks up, which is just something we’ve learned to live with. Most people who work here are from the nearby villages, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. It’s more like a community spot where people come to get their teaching credentials. We keep the registers by hand mostly and handle things as they come. There’s no big marketing strategy behind what we do. We are just here in Dungarja, doing what needs to be done every day. It’s a simple setup, and that seems to work just fine for everyone involved.
