Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Government College Sriganganagar

This is the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Government College located out on Hindumalkot Road in Sriganganagar. Being a government institution, we deal with a lot of students from all over the Ganganagar district. The campus is spread out, but the buildings are quite plain, as you’d expect from a state-run place in Rajasthan. We don’t have much time for fluff; our days are filled with lectures, exams, and a lot of paperwork. The heat in the summer is no joke, and we all just sit under the ceiling fans trying to stay focused. Students come here because it's affordable and it's where they can get their degrees. There’s always a crowd at the administrative office asking about forms or results. We don't have a PR team or anyone writing fancy brochures. We just open the gates in the morning and close them in the evening. The labs and classrooms are basic, but they serve the purpose. You'll see students sitting under the trees during their breaks because the building gets quite warm. It’s a busy, functional place. We handle thousands of enrollments every year, which means the staff is always swamped. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for this part of Rajasthan. We just keep things moving according to the government schedule and hope the students do their best in their exams and eventually find good work.
