Our office is located at 4-T-42 in the Talwandi area of Kota, Rajasthan. If you know Kota, you know it is famous for the students, but we are over here doing electrical work instead. The building is a regular house that we have converted into our workspace. It is tucked into a residential lane, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads, but we still have people coming and going all day. We deal with all sorts of electrical projects, from small repairs to bigger installations at local sites. The rooms are filled with boxes of supplies and different types of testers. In the summer, the heat in Kota is really something else, so we try to get most of the outdoor work done early in the morning before it gets too bad. We aren't some big corporate firm with a marketing team. We are just a group of guys who know how to handle wiring and power systems. Most of our tools have some wear and tear on them because they get used every single day. We keep our records in some old ledgers and on a basic computer in the corner. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of inventory delivered, but we make it work. It is just a local business trying to do things right in our part of town.
