Devendra Jain Associates

Devendra Jain Associates is located over at Talwandi 4/B/4. It's a busy enough spot. We spend most of our days here looking at site plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with this line of work. There are a few of us in the office, and it gets a bit cramped when we have big maps spread out everywhere. The street outside is usually quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people around here know where to find us. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. Usually, the mornings are for meetings and the afternoons are for drawing. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and the local authorities. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. We handle the technical side of building things, making sure the structural parts make sense. It’s not always exciting work, but it needs to get done properly. We drink a lot of tea while we argue over where a wall should go or how the plumbing should look. If you walk past the 4/B/4 block, you'll see us through the window, probably staring at computer screens or talking on the phone. It’s just a regular local office doing what we know how to do. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just work.
