Arvind Goyal is the name on the plate, and you can find us right on Vallabh Nagar Main Road. Being on the main road means there is never a quiet moment, but you get used to the sound of the bikes and cars zooming past. As a chartered accountant’s office, things are usually piled high with paper and folders. Arvind spends a lot of time looking at those papers. It is a functional space, designed for getting work done rather than looking pretty for visitors. We have a few chairs for people who come in to talk, but mostly it is just a place of business. The light comes in through the front windows in the morning, which is nice. Vallabh Nagar is a good area to be in, fairly central and easy for people to find. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is filed where it belongs. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a lot of data to go through. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is just accounting, plain and simple. We like the honesty of the work. The office feels lived-in, with coffee mugs on the desks and a calendar that is always marked up. It is a local operation through and through. We know the neighbors and they know us. That is basically all there is to it.
